Please follow the below instructions for a smooth return process:
- Provide our team with the IMEI/Serial number of your device as verification.
- Provide pictures of the device's entire front, back, and sides in good lighting, from a distance of at least 3 inches, so we can assess its condition.
- Confirm with our team that your iCloud account has been removed from the device.
IMPORTANT:
If your iCloud account remains on the item once returned, we will not be able to provide you with a resolution until the personal account has been removed.
