You are more than welcome to return your refurbished item, within your warranty period,  if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Please follow the below instructions for a smooth return process:

  1. Provide our team with the IMEI/Serial number of your device as verification.
  2. Provide pictures of the device's entire front, back, and sides in good lighting, from a distance of at least 3 inches, so we can assess its condition.
  3. Confirm with our team that your iCloud account has been removed from the device.

IMPORTANT: 

If your iCloud account remains on the item once returned, we will not be able to provide you with a resolution until the personal account has been removed.
