Each time the customer redeems a Groupon, Groupon will send the customer a brief survey to collect their thoughts on the experience. 

 

If you have not received a notification of this survey, you can still place feedback:

 
  1. Open the Groupon app.
    The Groupon icon is white with a large green “G” on it.
  2. Tap on My Stuff in the bottom menu.
    The “My Stuff” tab is the right-most icon in the app’s bottom menu. The icon looks like a person’s head and shoulders.
  3. Select My Groupons from the list of options.
    Near the top of the page, you’ll see “My Groupons” next to an icon of a price tag.

  5. Tap on the deal you would like to review.
    Look through your deals and find one that you would like to write a review for. Once you find the right deal, tap on it.
  6. Tap on the Write a Review button.
    On the deal’s details page, you will see the “Write a Review” option just above the “Instructions” section.
  7. Give the deal a star rating.
    You will see five blank stars at the top of the review page. Use your finger to tap the number of stars you would give this deal, with five stars being the best.
  8. Write any comments you have in the text box.
    You can then use the text box to write any additional comments you may have.
    A star rating is helpful, but providing your experience and feedback can help other users ultimately decide whether or not to buy.
    • If desired, you can also tap the “Add Photos” button. If you received a physical product, including a picture or two could help complement the review.
  9. Press Submit in the top right corner.
    Once you are finished adding everything to your review, you can tap on the “Submit” button in the top right corner of the app.
