iOS

1. Open the app menu by tapping the icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
2. Tap Order History.
3. Navigate to the item you wish to rate and review.
4. Tap Rate your purchase and follow the prompts.
5. Tap to select the star rating and/or answer that corresponds to your rating.
6. Leave comments for reviews where you’re prompted.
7. Upload a photo and/or video where you’re prompted (optional).
8. Tap Next after completing each page or to skip optional questions.
9. Tap Finish to submit your rating, or Rate Next Item to rate other items in the same order. 

Android

1. Open the app menu by tapping the icon on the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Tap Order History.
3. Navigate to the item you wish to rate and review.
4. Tap Rate your purchase and follow the prompts.
5. Tap to select the star rating and/or answer that corresponds to your rating.
6. Leave comments for reviews where you’re prompted.

Web

1. Go to your Order History.
2. Navigate to the item you wish to rate and review.
3. Click Rate and follow the prompts.
4. Tap to select the star rating and/or answer that corresponds to your rating.
5. Leave comments for reviews where you’re prompted.
6. Upload a photo where you’re prompted (optional). 

Click Done to submit your completed rating/review.
