This can be done remotely!
If you are comfortable removing your item from your iCloud account on your own, you can sign into your iCloud account using a computer to remove your returned item.
If you would like our assistance, please give us a call or send us a message including your phone number so that we can get back to you and work through this removal process.
What happens if I have returned my item iCloud locked?
If a device is returned still paired to your iCloud account, we will not be able to provide a resolution until the item is removed from your personal account.
