STEP 1 : Inspection & Testing
The first step is to inspect and test the device to identify any issues that need to be addressed. This involves checking the device for physical damage, testing its performance using the Phonecheck application, and verifying that all of its features are functioning correctly.

STEP 2 : Cleaning & Refurbishment
After identifying any issues, all passed devices are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to remove any dirt, grime, or germs that may be present. Once cleaned the devices go through the grading procedure.

STEP 3 : Quality Control
To ensure that each device we sell is of the highest quality and meets our customers' expectations, we have in place a double quality control process on each step
